About Us

The Diabetes Awareness and Control Society is a non-profit organization focused on raising awareness and supporting those affected by diabetes. We educate, empower, and advocate for better diabetes management and make a positive impact on individuals and their families.

Dacos which was founded by Mrs Tochi Ikeokwu in March 2008, has toured different sectors and states of Nigeria, holding outreaches and seminars in marketplaces, religious centres, rural communities and schools championing the campaign for increased awareness of diabetes and other lifestyle diseases.
